Workouts, 4/14 - 4/20

Sunday: Rest day.

Monday: 7 miles! Got my long run in for the week. Felt pretty good the whole time.

Tuesday: 3 sore miles. They were slow, and my legs were sore, but I got them done. Jax and Matt came along. Pretty sure the main reason I went was because it was so nice out.

Wednesday: Off day.

Thursday: Another day off.

Friday: 4.5 miles in sunshine, turned rain, turn hail!

Saturday: Long walking day. Was having some shin issues on Friday. Got some new running shoes, so I'm hoping that helps a bit.
