Workouts, 6/2 - 6/8

Sunday: Rest day.

Monday: Three miles.

Tuesday: Rest day. I was still feeling pretty tired and out of it from over the weekend. I guess it's taking me two days to recover, now.

Wednesday: 2 miles to the gym and back plus biceps, triceps, and chest.

Thursday: 2 miles to the gym and back, and shoulders and chest at the gym.

Friday: Walking day.

Saturday: Rest day.
